Via Jardin Sub-Association

The Jardin subsection contains 132 homes in a variety of models including.  the Jardin, Jacaranda, Jasmine, Julep, and Juniper.

The POD President is Carol Pattison.

The President Ms. Carol  Pattison who has contributed new ideas to Woodbine Master Assoc. She has taken time out of her day on numerous occasion to help pick out the pool / patio furniture for the Association. Both Jardin and the Master Clubhouse in Casa Rio had received the new pool furniture in 2005 and the Master Clubhouse had the new tables and chairs delivered in March 2007.

Carol has lived in Via Jardin since May of 1999.

A note from Carol.

I am originally from the metropolitan Washington, DC area but have lived in Florida for about 35 years. I graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Industrial Management. I am an avid snow skier and take a couple of trips out West each year to ski. I have lived in Woodbine for eight years.

Jardin will be removing the dead trees in the community in the near future. We will have a list of replacement trees in the near future, but will not require homeowners to replace the trees until we are out of the drought.

Homeowners, please remember you must get any changes or additions to your property approved by the ARC committee prior to having the work done.

With hurricane season coming up, please take a look at your property and be sure all roof tiles are replaced and you don't have anything outside that could become a missile in a storm.
