Clubhouse Rules And Regulations
The following is to acquaint each resident of Woodbine with his/her obligations, while using Woodbine's Clubhouse. The intern is to be fair to all residents and to provide a facility where people can go to enjoy themselves.
General Use
The Pool area will be opened at 6:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. during the summer months and from 6:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. during the winter months.
Rentals
The minimum rental period is five hours with a
fee of $100.00 and a refundable deposit of $100.00 made out in a separate
check. This will be reimbursed provided that all the above requirements
in clean up is for filled. Also, the eight hour time period which is all
day the fee increases to $150.00, but the deposit remains the same.
Residents of Woodbine can reserve the Clubhouse at any time during the
week, and on any Saturday or Sunday on the weekends,
but not on both days of the weekend.
Attire
Shoes and shirts must be worn in the clubhouse and in
the gym. Bathing suits are not allowed in the Clubhouse.
Children
Children under eighteen (18) years of age
MUST be accompanied by an adult while using the Clubhouse
and all amenities.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are NOT
allowed in the Clubhouse, except during Association planned, permitted,
and supervised recreational activities, or during private rentals.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed in
the Clubhouse.
Conduct
Abuse of the Clubhouse amenities may constitute
grounds for immediate restriction of the use of the facilities. At no
time can any Woodbine homeowners, family members, or their guest(s) cause
a nuisance or disturb the peace, quiet, comfort, safety or security of
other occupants or surrounding property. No illegal, noxious or offensive
activity shall be conducted at any time, as may diminish or destroy the
enjoyment of the Clubhouse. Owner and tenants are liable for the cost of
repair resulting from damage caused indirectly or directly by themselves,
family members and/or guests to any amenities at the Clubhouse, collection
of which, will be the same as a past due assessment. The Board of
Directors of the Association has the right to suspend the use privileges
of any owner for violations of these Rules and Regulations.
